Harmful Effects of Yeast (Candida) that You don't Know

Yeast, most people consider it harmless but I can tell you it is more harmful than you can even imagine. Candida albicans (C. albicans), a yeast that lives in the mouth, gastrointestinal tract and vagina, doesn’t cause problems at normal levels. But an overgrowth – caused by poor diet, poor hygiene, excess alcohol intake, stress or impaired digestive function – can trigger bloating, digestive issues, rashes, yeast infections, fatigue and more. The disease gotten through yeast is called fungi infection. For now, we shall be focusing on vagina yeast infection. Yeast has the capacity to overgrow and causes infection (candidiasis) which if left untreated for so long damages the reproductive organ. First of all, how is it gotten: It is gotten through poor hygiene habit.......What are the poor hygiene habit:

 Poor Hygiene Habit
•Wearing one panties for more than 12 hrs •Wearing a pad for more than 12hrs
•Not bathing at least twice a day, that is, morning and night
•Sleeping at night with your panties on. •Keeping your panties in moist places. Always make sure you sun them; at most if there is no sun, iron them to kill the yeast before wearing them.

 Prevention
To reduce your risk of vaginal yeast infections, wear underwear that has a cotton crotch and doesn't fit too tightly. It might also help to avoid:
• Tight-fitting pantyhose
• Douching, which removes some of the normal bacteria in the vagina that protect you from infection
• Scented feminine products, including bubble bath, pads and tampons
• Hot tubs and very hot baths
• Unnecessary antibiotic use, such as for colds or other viral infections
• Staying in wet clothes, such as swimsuits and workout attire, for long periods of time
