HOW TO GET RID OF THOSE NASTY MOUTH ODOUR

Bad breadth can result from poor health habits and may be a sign of other health problems. It can also be made worse by the types of foods you eat and other unhealthy lifestyle habits.

Steps to Maintain a Healthy Mouth?
  • Brush your mouth twice daily. After food at night and after food in the morning.
  • Apply the use of a dental floss.
  • Apply the use of a mouth wash.
  • Make good use of a dental wash once in 6 months to remove dental plaques.
