COVID-19: NOSE MASK, IS IT REALLY A PREVENTION?

Wearing of nose mask during covid 19 period isn't really a prevention, it is the proper handling of these nose mask that matters.
Now, how do we handle these nose mask?

  • Wash your hands or apply the use of hand sanitizers before taking off the nose mask. If no sanitizers at the moment and it be necessary to take off, then follow the next step.
  • To remove, do not pull from the middle, instead pull from the earlobe.
  • Dispose after use if it be the medical nose mask, if not be, then wash before (when newly bought) and after use.
Other Precautionary measures to avoid further spread of the virus:
  • Clean all door handles and knobs with sanitizers regularly.
  • Avoid social gatherings.
  • When outdoor, keep a distance of 2m apart.
  • Do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Wash hands or apply the use of hand sanitizers regularly.
  • When sneezing, sneeze into your elbow.
  • When coughing, cough into your elbow also.
  • To turn on/off lights, do not use your fingers, use the back of your fingers (knuckles). I.e. your fingers folded, facing towards you.
  • When opening doors, use your body instead, if possible.
  • No hand shaking.
  • When removing your hand gloves, use your right hand (with the glove still on it) to pull the glove from the wrist of your left hand, when the glove is off from the left hand; to pull the glove on the right hand, use your index finger, into the glove of the right hand and pull from inside. Dispose or wash off immediately.
  • If possible, stay at home!!!
